VP Sales

Who are we?

Predilex is an early-stage insurtech startup based in Paris. We automate and improve bodily injuries damages estimation through Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms to offer insurers massive cuts in external counsel costs, improve their reserves methods and save them time.

Our goal is also to provide a clearer view of the indemnification process and to foster a quicker timeline for the victims from their claims notification to their final compensation.

Founded in 2018, Predilex already works with several insurers and brokers and has begun to commercialise its solution in January 2020. We’ve raised a seed round of funding with seasoned investors who will help us grow. Our team is growing fast but we are committed to providing each member of the tribe a thrilling, stimulating and comforting environment so they can grow both professionally and personally.

We have been selected by platform58 (La Banque Postale) and le Hub (Fédération Française de l’Assurance) to be part of their 2019/2020 programs.

What will be your role?

You will be Head of the Sales department and join our executive team. You will report directly to the CEO. Your position is key to the company success, and you will have significant budgets and resources dedicated to your team's success.

What are your missions?

Structure the sales process
Contribute to the company's overall sales strategy
Monitor sales and customer success through KPIs
Ensure overall customer retention and customer satisfaction
Build and manage the sales and CRM departments
Develop tools to automate sale process altogether with the CTO

This job is made for you if...

VP Sales in a startup (ideally a legaltech/insurtech)
3+ years of experience in a managerial sales role
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You are curious and quick learner, you have the ability to absorb quantity of new information
You are determined and are driven by concrete results
You have a strong taste for entrepreneurship and are looking for an experience in an early stage startup
You have previous experience (1-3 years) in a B2B SaaS company (CRM/sales department) or an insurance company/broker
